We want to keep you in the loop about something important. From December 2025, new Australian government laws will require adult-content websites to verify that all members are 18 years or older. This is a legal obligation, and it’s aimed at protecting under-18s from accessing adult material.

To make sure KinkySydney stays online and compliant, we’re starting to test our age-verification system now. Over the next few weeks, you may notice new steps during registration and (later) when logging in. These checks are designed to confirm age using ID (such as a driver licence, proof-of-age card, or passport) combined with a selfie.

🔒 What this means for you

• Your ID image itself will not be stored. It’s only processed in your browser to confirm age.

• The only details we keep are your name, date of birth, and selfie (as proof of verification and compliance).

• These changes aren’t optional – they’re required by law – but we’re doing our best to make the process quick, discreet, and respectful.

💡 Right now we’re in the testing phase. You may see test prompts or trial verification steps. Please be patient and, if you’re comfortable, help us by trying it out and letting us know if anything doesn’t work smoothly.
