Your account may be terminated immediately, and we may report you to the relevant authorities if your behaviour on our website includes any of the following:
Illegal Activities
- Engaging in or promoting illegal activities, including but not limited to underage sex, rape, non-consensual acts, or any other unlawful actions.
Unacceptable Behaviour
- Abusive, aggressive, hateful, or racist behaviour towards fellow members, moderators, or administration staff. For clarity, this is not a banter group.
- Commercial posts, spamming, offering services, or mentioning financial involvement.
- Posting telephone numbers, email addresses, or other contact information in public areas (use private messages).
- Allowing third parties to activate or use your account.
- Holding a deceitful account type.
- Knowingly transmitting data or uploading material containing viruses, Trojans, worms, spyware, adware, or other harmful programs.
- Infringing any copyright or other intellectual property rights.
- Attempting to evade site conditions or restrictions.
- Naming and shaming members.
- Doxxing of members or any other person.
- Accessing or appearing on the site if you have been banned.
- Trading or swapping photos of non-registered members.
Photos and Videos
- All photos and videos must contain the account holder(s); others should not be identifiable.
- No individuals who appear under the age of 18.
- No identifiable people in the background.
- No email addresses, URLs, or phone numbers.
- Content deemed too obscene or inappropriate may be removed.
Enforcing the Rules
- Profiles should not promote or encourage any of the above behaviours.
- The KinkySydney Team has the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and/or delete content posted by you in accordance with our terms and conditions.
- Non-compliance with the CCP can result in a warning or a permanent ban, depending on the severity of the offence.
Please ensure you have read and understand these rules. If you are unsure about any aspect of the CCP or site rules, please contact a member of the Team. If you do not agree to these guidelines, please leave the website immediately.
About the Team
- Moderators (“Mods”) are volunteers recruited to help moderate the site impartially and responsibly while upholding the CCP.
- Admin are the site owners who liaise with the Mods and manage the day-to-day operations.
Your Care
- Moderators and Admin will act in the best interest of KinkySydney. By following the above rules, you should not be harassed by any member, Mod, or Admin. If you have grounds for a complaint, contact Admin with the date and details of the incident using the ‘Contact Us’ section of the site.

- KinkySydney reserves the right to change the CCP at any time without prior notice.
- KinkySydney reserves the right to withdraw membership without notice or explanation.
- KinkySydney’s decision on any matter set out in this policy shall be final.
